A great-uncle of mine, Vincas Nagornoskis (1869-1939) was a director/playwright who organized the Lithuanian Dramatic Association in Baltimore, Maryland. The group was active during the period 1901-1914. One of his plays, probably written in or about 1908, was entitled "The Defenders of Plienai". I'm wondering if anyone associated with the production of the film "Margiris" has seen the text of this play or knows anything about it. If so, please contact me at my e-mail address.
I have one other question. Is the documentary discussed above ("Making Prerparations for the Film 'Margiris'") availabe to the public, and does it exist in a version with English sub-titles or dubbing?
