Inspiring film "Invisible Front" reveals self-sacrifice, heroism, strong sense of responsibility and poetic spirit of the leader of post-war anti-Soviet resistance movement in Lithuania, partisan Juozas Lukša. In Paris J.Lukša fell deeply in love with an emigrant from Lithuania Nijolė Bražėnaitė, married her in Germany, but could not live in the West and abandon his Homeland in such difficult times. The beloved lived as spouses for just one week, and after the return to Lithuania, half-year later, J.Lukša was betrayed by a friend and killed.

Creators of the film state that it took them as long as three years to obtain recording of the interview with Jonas Kukauskas, who determined the dramatic ending of J.Lukša's life. "Invisible Front" presents to the audience also more valuable archival footage which is disclosed for the first time; and the events of that time here are discussed by all sides: the partisans, a Soviet general, leader of renegade partisan squad, known as the gunmen.
