A funny story about four friends – Basanavičius, Smetona, Stulginskis and Klimas – signatories of the Act of Independence, who rose from the graves and returned to Lithuania after a hundred years. More than a robovac and other modern inventions they are surprised by the fact that the Act of Independence lies not in Vilnius, but... in Berlin.
