On October 24 –29, a European youth will meet in La Ciotat, South of France; the congress will analyse the history of sound in cinema, discuss contemporary issues and possibilities of cinema and sound in it. Young people from Italy, Germany, Lithuania and France will learn about the origins of cinema, participate in a sound studio and discussions, and in the evenings, people from the town will be invited to cinema. On October 25, Golf cinema will screen Janina Lapinskaitė’s film "A Land of Glass", and in other evenings:" Goodbye Lenin"," Westside Story"," La Strada" and a programme of silent films.
